Cancellation Charges Schedule
- Cancel before 48 hours of check-in: 25% cancellation charge
- Cancel before 24 hours of check-in: 50% cancellation charge
- Cancel on the booking date / No-Show: 100% cancellation charge

General Stay Policies
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card) must be presented by all adult guests during registration.
- The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Right of admission is reserved. Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service in compliance with local regulations.
